In These Dark Shadows
In these dark shadows
Behind these prison walls:
The darkness falls
over our dreams.
In the pain that screams-
Trying to let the light in my brain to wash the
Darkness away that is
Now replaced with dreams.
In these dark shadows
My voice calls
Through these walls
From the haze & pain that crawls.
Tears I hold
And does not fall:
Because I got to be strong in
This darkness to not fall.
In Pride We Stand
In pride we stand
Hand in hand.
Compassion filling our hearts
With Love.
Taking away the prisons we
Fight for a better world of
Peace & Love.
There is no room for
Hate or darkness when the light shine through us to
Fight for our humanity, as we
Stand tall & strong together
As one.
Each time we fall and rise
Back up: our scars heal in
Strength being stronger & prouder
Fighting for our right. Peace & Love.
We are all in these dark times
Imprisoned in pain & hate. So
Stand together as one
And win this fight.
I Open My Heart To Let You In
So that you can feel my love. The light of our voice it will be the power for change, peace & love.
If you look down in my soul you will see the fallen l.g.b.t.q. I wrap in love to never be forgotten. My scars are so think by hate of the world they cannot knock me down anymore, I stand in strength & compassion- to fight another day for us all.
Generations ahead- the l.g.b.t.q. children also need our help- I rise with my family, brothers & sisters, for a better life for us all.
